Painted at the height of the summer on the cliffs at Treyarnon, I was captivated by the colour of the sea, which was generated by the strong sunlight bouncing up from the almost white sand under the water. It was a colour that would have suited the Bahamas, but then why go all that way when Treyarnon is just down the road.
