Walking from Polzeath to Daymer one comes across this view just after turning inland at Trebetherick Point. This spring it was a delight to find that the sand martins were nesting again in the low sandstone banks above the high-water mark. Brea Hill with its whale of a back somehow manages to settle into the scene alongside St Enodoc church which it dwarfs.
