In this particular picture looking towards Trethias Island at Treyarnon I was very interested in the rhythmic sand-patterns left by the retreating tide and how these patterns are echoed by  the clouds in the sky and the structure of the rocks, most obviously in the set running out to sea on the right. A lovely day it was; enjoyed by me and the couple playing king-of-the-castle  in the grass on top of the island.
