East Portlemouth Beach LF11-53

This beach, across the water from Salcombe is reached by using the small ferry which plies to and fro all through the day during the  summer. The view is to the north east with Snapes Point clearly visible in the middle distance. The challenge of the painting was in positioning the figures on the beach to make a pleasing composition --without making the beach too crowded,
