Sunday 18th May 2008 - 'Water and Wood'

An exhibition of painting and wood turning by Mark Gibbons

19th May - 20th June (preview Sunday May 18th) 6:30 - 8:00

Most of the pictures are on the theme of water using the medium of watercolour and many of them have been painted around the North Cornwall coast.
The woodturning is a completely new venture, much of the wood is turned 'green' and then allowed to dry into its own organic shape; the tree adding its own curves to the final form.
